Give Bear's Salad recipe a try... Serves 4-5 people and takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 Cucumber

1 Carrot (Grated)

1 Avocado

1 Capsicum

2 Roma Tomatoes

1 Red Onion or Spring Onion

2 Stalks Celery

1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage

1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce

1/4 Cup Pepitas

1/2 Lemon

5 Tbsp Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Finely chop ingredients.

2.   Place in large bowl.

3.   Toss with Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Pink Salt.

 

 

That's it! So easy.
